Do you ship outside the US?
Canada, UK, Australia, and EU. Duties paid upfront—no surprise fees at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We take returns on used items. Refunds aren't conditional on condition. Returns get recycled.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years on all devices. Covers motor failure, battery issues, silicone separation, manufacturing defects. Free replacement or repair shipping.
My device arrived damaged. What now?
